Process Engineer – CKD Sector
Job Description:
-Apply assembly process in accordance with OEM standard.
-Ensure the training for the production newcomers and improve skill level of the current staff.
-Control design change adoption date against lot number.
-Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
-Ensure the right tools for each station cover on special tools required.
-Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
-Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
-Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standard.
Performing risk assessments.
Job Requirements:
BSc. of Engineering (Mechanical – Automotive)
2-4 Years of Experience – Automotive Industry.
Excellent technical skills
Knowledge of process related standards
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Location: 6th of October / Industrial Zone.
