Site Accountant
– 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Alexandria (Site Based)
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
-Control the site’s petty cash, distribute the financial flow according to the project’s needs, and settle it with financial Department.
– Review, exchange, and delivery of the sarki employees salaries.
-Issue the financial invoices for the subcontractors and review the contract conditions and settle it, Receive checks from the financial department and hand them over to subcontractors.
-Ensure that the financial claims are matching with the sub-contracts accountant.
– Follow up the issuance of company checks with the client’s representative.
– Take urgent and correct decisions to solve the project’s urgent problems.
– Follow-up site purchases by coordination with the procurement representative and warehouse keeper and ensure the documentary cycle is preserved.
– Responsible of the implementation of the HSE procedures on his area.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree of commerce, accounting
– Experience: 3 years of experience in the same position
– Computer Skills :Microsoft Office,
