“Spare Parts Senior Storekeeper”

Responsibilities:
– Manage the pending for spare parts job orders.
– Track the products inventory.
– Ensure spare parts availability as per service centers requirements.
– Manage and review service center return spare parts (defect, good).
– Periodical audit and visit to service centers warehouse.
– Maintain warehouse layout and operation to comply company standards.
– Coordinate cross-functional between other parties.
Gather updates on competitors, distributors, sales, and other stakeholders that can affect demand.
– Responsible for pending for Spare parts job orders, Service center stocks, parts returns, warehouse layout and operation.
Requirements:
– BA/BS degree or equivalent.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in same position or similar in same field (After-sales service) is a must.
– Proficient in MS office.
– Familiar with ERP system.
– English : intermediate.
– Clear military status.
