Traditional Trade Sales Manager .
1. Responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual target for the channel.
2. Responsible for managing agents, VIPs customers and make plans to be aligned with company objectives in the market.
3. He follows up with his sales team to ensure that each member of the team has achieved the sub-sales goal set for him in advance by his direct manager.
4. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expenses controls, meeting agreed targets.
5. Maintain and develop sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
6. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports.
7. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
8. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product, realistic costs of operating the sales force.
9. Participate in putting pricing strategy in coordination with leadership team considering broad knowledge of the market dynamics and competitors pricing strategy.
10. Responsible for reviewing every single point related to the agents such as: financial situation, monthly sales, ROI, monthly cost, head counts, …and so on.
11. Responsible for reviewing & updating the channel Route to Market to be matching with the top management strategy.
12. Create strong relationships with agents, key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
13. He receives daily reports from the sales team regarding visits and contact made with the company’s current and prospective customers
Prepare a monthly business review for his channel on the actual sales volume compared to the planned sales volume and identifying the causes of deviations, whether negative or positive deviations.
