“Export Sales Manager” is required in a reputable Chemical Manufacturing company located in Maadi.
Responsibilities:
· Preparing effective business plans, and handling export sales transactions.
· Preparing and processing all documents and permits, maintaining records of all transactions.
· Research and analyze foreign markets to identify new business opportunities.
· Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
· Handle and process all export documents – Application of permits/Costings/Bank Documents etc.
· Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with all procedures of the organization and maintaining clients’ satisfaction
· Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs, Counsel clients on matters like tariffs, insurance, and quotas.
· Continuously evaluate current processes and recommend relevant changes or improvements to increase compliance and efficiency.
· Review and confirm all shipping requirements prior shipping to ensure it is in compatibility with custom regulations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field
· At least 5 years’ experience in export field
· Fluency in English is a must.
· Excellent use of MS Office for Microsoft office programs
