Multinational Maritime Industry Group is seeking to hire in Ain Sokhna: Documentation Coordinator & Sales Support
Job Duties:
-Handling documentation responsibilities, support sales team -Keeping data on e.g., customers, vessels, and contacts -Handling admin support and coordination tasks if required
– Follow up booked cargo and interact with customers by sending shipments updates
– Booking cargo according to principals’ instructions and handle related documentation
– Release cargo to customers according to principals’ instructions and handle related documentation
– Generate and issue invoices, follow up payment with clients
– Obtain required approvals for settling service providers invoices if required
– Assist the Sales team on various administrative matters and co-ordinate meetings coordinate the implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns
– Help building database for our current scope of business
– Maintain Customer, Vessel, and Contact data
– Manage customer complaints
Qualifications:
• 2 : 3 years of exp. in shipping documentation process for liner and NVOCC
• Awareness of import and export process, customs regulations from documentation background
• Awareness of NAFEZA system data upload and retrieve
• Knowledge about main shipping documents and their contents
(Master BL, House BL, Delivery order, Shipping order, Endorsement letters)
• Good Command of English
• Good administrative skills
• Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
• Proactive, takes responsibility and deliver results
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Developed customer responsiveness demonstrating the ability to set and maintain high standards of service
• Highly structured
• Result oriented
