The Scrum Master acts as a Change Agent in the Organization who develops a culture that helps other members to react to changes quickly. The Scrum master is responsible for using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education
Minimum of 7 – 12 years of experience and at least 3 years at a Scrum master position
Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, roles, and practices
CSM or PSM is a plus
