“Sales Consultant” is required in an international Online Platform Company located in Cairo.
Main Duties
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Researching prospects and generating leads.
· Contacting potential and existing clients and setting up meetings.
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Company services.
· Update customers’ accounts and database, for future sales, credit, and collection segmentation.
· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
· Gather feedback, follow up with customers or prospects and negotiate/close the deals.
· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
· Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
· Building and maintaining a CRM database.
· Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports to the upper management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 2 years’ experience in B2B sales preferably in Software application/ SAAS.
· English Fluency is a must (spoken and written).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
