Location : Sharkeya
Job Description:
– Set a meeting with the representatives to review the reports submitted by the sales team daily to identify and setting objectives.
– Divide the monthly target on the delegates according to each region and the number and type of clients therein.
– Reviewing the balances of the store in order to be able to approve the items required for the delegates.
– Follow up on the loading of delegates’ cars.
– Follow up the delegates’ work and ensure their compliance with the itinerary and coverage plans.
– Guiding delegates and solving their problems.
– Review delegate returns to ensure that returns policy is being implemented.
– Follow up the work of delegates in the market through field visits – – Making the necessary reports and sending them to the direct manager.
– Training and developing the skills of delegates.
with the following requirements:
– Bachelor degree .
– Previous experience in FMCG industry is a must.
– Private driving license.
– Strong English language Read & writing.
– Proficiency in the use of computer applications – Office
