What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Partner at Paymob you will work closely with business leaders and line managers to build Technology teams who serve different lines of product.
Duties And Responsibilities
-Managing the Full Cycle Recruitment process, Egypt & Internationally.
-Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectations and delivery.
-Source and headhunt candidates to build our talent pipelines as we scale through LinkedIn and different channels.
-Hold initial interview screening with candidates.
-Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
-Manage the process of recruitment from beginning to end of hire.
Key Skills And Experience Needed:
-At least 2 years’ experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition.
-Proven Knowledge of Technology assessments and tools.
– Tech background is plus.
