Position: HR Academic Senior Officer
1- GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all academic HR activities, Hiring, Terminations, contracts, Budgets, and workloads.
2- DUTIES:
· Responsible for the hiring process for faculty staff.
· Responsible for payroll updates for academic staff.
· Liaison between the provost and the HR department
· Liaison between the academic staff and the HR office.
· Develop all faculty members offering letters based on the approval of the provost.
· Follow up Hiring process and documents.
· Follow up on all secondment letters for faculty members.
· Correspondence with the Academic staff regarding any HR issues.
· Set interview appointments if requested by deans for academic staff.
· Prepare the monthly attendance report for academic staff to be submitted to the provost.
· Handle faculty staff attendance records.
· Manage the faculty staff budgets and insure no deviation from the approved budget.
· Responsible for recruitment of the academic staff.
· Responsible for identifying the academic staff salaries as per our scale.
· Any other tasks requested by the HR Director.
3- JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
o Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related.
o Experience:
– Minimum 6 years of experience in the HR field at Universities (is a must).
o Skills:
– General knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
– General knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor law.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Very good command of the English language.
– Very Good computer skills.
– Ability to do multiple tasks and work under pressure.
