Location: 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐨 – 5th settlement (HQ)
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
* Responsible for overseeing the #compensation and #benefits division of a company, analyzes compensation data within an organization and evaluates job positions to determine classification and salary, administers employee #insurance, pension and savings plans, and works with insurance brokers and plan carriers
* Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys to evaluating current compensation policy (new compensation ways, new market strategies, new market conditions).
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
* Bachelor’s degree of Business or Administration or any related field.
* 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
* Must have experience in #construction industry.
