Export Documentation Specialist is needed to be hired in Freight Forwarding company in Alexandria
Job description:
1- Submit VGM within deadline to avoid any rolling or fines
2- Submit Final SI according to received data from customer service within deadline
9- Prepare a subsidiary letter /S. fully to the client.
4- Double check that SVC applied for SEALAND and Maersk on drafts and our system is mentioned in the draft
5- Update system (ATD, ETA at POD, Consignee, notify and units number * for freight only operations*, cargo description, ETC…) + attach draft
6- Issue House B/L upon shipper’s request
7- Send Weekly follow up for C/S
8- Create new operations / split
9- Prepare subsidiary letter
Qualifications:
– Good command of the English
– Min 1 to 2 years of experience
– Logistics background is preferred
– Experience in Freight Forwarding Business, Reefer containers
– Hard worker & capable of working under pressure
